Spider mites, looks like you got the Walmart special on all palms. I stg EVERY SINGLE ONE is infected.

I find taking plants outside and aggressively spraying with a hose, then treating with neam oil works pretty well. Its really common to get them on indoor palms unfortunately. They can definitely spread to other plants.

Seriously though, you’ve gotten good advice. I would only add that you could hose the stuff that’s obvious off and then hit it with Dead Bug Brew and then hit it again in iirc seven days and seven days after that… until those little guys are all gone

UPDATE: don’t know how to edit the text for this update but I went ahead and trashed it 🙁 I did hose it down but I’m noticing the mites made their way all around the ground/walls nearby it (no idea how I didn’t notice it sooner 😭) and unfortunately 3 other plants got affected. I’m cleaning the other plants and keeping them temporarily outside to protect my other plants but this definitely wasn’t a fun experience! Not gonna buy another plant from Costco again 😅😅
I really appreciate all the comments and advice. It’s been helpful 🥹

where do you live? If it’s not below 40° at night you can just put the whole thing outside, that’ll help.

It’s easy to just throw this plant away and learn the lesson, but if you do want to save it then get some gloves, some warm water & dish soap, and some dry paper towels. Take the plant and these items outside.
Start by removing the silk and the majority of the mites that you can see with some dry paper towels. Dispose of these accordingly and then use the soapy water to thoroughly (but gently) wash each leaf until you are confident there’s no more mites or silk visible.
Next you need to take the plant out of its pot and shake/brush/pick off as much of the soil as you can. Repeat the soapy wash anywhere that the soil has touched the leaves and around the crown (the area where it pokes out of the soil). Be very very sure you have cleaned away everything you can and rinse the whole thing in clean water.
Repot the plant and water it in, keep it separate from your other plants and somewhere with lower humidity if possible. Ideally you would spray the leaves with diluted neem oil or something like that once every week from now on, but if the problem returns it will now be east to keep it under control.
Hopefully that helps. Good luck.

Throw it out. Palm trees are a magnet for these and they will come back if u try to keep them in conditions where they dont belong. Try predatory mites if you’ve noticed they’ve spread to your other plants. https://www.naturesgoodguys.com/pages/spider-mite-control

Uh oh, spider mites. Wipe them all off and keep at it every day, multiple times a day. Insecticidal soap or neem depending on the plant helps. There are other sprays too but I try to do that last.
